The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has updated their Medicare Equipment and Suppliers online search tool to include lymphedema compression supplies!
This directory is far more comprehensive than the list of suppliers on our website, which was always intended to be just a temporary resource until the CMS database was updated.
Even if you are not a Medicare beneficiary, most suppliers also accept other insurances, so this directory may be helpful to you as well.

Information in this directory comes from your CMS 855-S enrollment application on file with the National Supplier Clearinghouse (NSC). You must submit all changes to the NSC within 30 days using the CMS 855-S enrollment application form or the Provider Enrollment, Chain, and Ownership System (PECOS).

Contact the supplier to confirm what equipment they have in stock and:
- They carry the product you need (brand, type, standard or custom)
- Whether they agree to accept the Medicare-approved amount as full payment (so you’ll pay less out-of-pocket)
