Help Raise Awareness

by Heather on May 30, 2019

This Sunday, June 2nd, is National Cancer Survivors Day. Two-thirds of all cases of lymphedema are cancer-related, and all cancer survivors have a lifelong risk of developing lymphedema.

Even if you are not a cancer survivor, you can help raise awareness about lymphedema by writing a letter to the editor about the connection between cancer and lymphedema.

The submission form on our website makes it easy!

Simply enter your zip code, click on the local and national publications you’d like to submit to, then compose your letter (suggested talking points are provided).

Educational and awareness materials are always available through the Increasing Awareness page on our website. Thank you for spreading the word!
