Each cycle of Congress is two years, meaning that we have just entered the second year of this Congress. On the bright side, all of our progress in 2021 carries over. On the not so bright side, if the Lymphedema Treatment Act does not get signed into law by the end of this year, we have to start all over again in 2023.
