The draft rules for the LTA have not been released yet, so the 60-day Public Comment Period has not yet begun. We will alert you as soon as that changes.
In the meantime, you can prepare by watching our Public Comment Period Video Tutorial. We suggest you also review this Commentator’s Checklist, which is full of tips for submitting effective comments.
And remember, if you are currently being denied coverage for any of your treatment supplies or services we encourage you to appeal. Many patients do win! There is a lot of information available through this old but still relevant post containing resources to help with your appeal.
